Dirty Money & Las Drogas is a Ypsilanti-based rock band specializing
in foot-stomping grizzled outlaw love songs and rogue ballads, hence creating
a vintage surfy gothic Americana garage-a-billy blooze. The band's
sound is a combination of influences like Johnny Cash, Link Wray, Jon Spencer
Blues Explosion, John Lee Hooker, Nick Cave and Morphine. Fronting
the band is KK Dirty Money, singing and plucking a lead baritone electric
guitar. Backing the band is drummer Nevada Parsons.
